Digital Traffic Regulation Orders (D-TRO) Privacy Notice¶

PA Consulting provide the D-TRO Service on behalf of the Department for Transport (DfT) as part of DfT’s Digital Traffic Regulation Orders (D-TRO) Beta project.

As part of the sign-up process to access the D-TRO Service you will be required to supply your name, email address and the organisation you represent. Your personal data is used to create an account and to allow us to authenticate your access. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose.

The processing of personal data this entails is necessary for the exercise of our functions as a government department. DfT will, under data protection law, be the Controller for this information.

If your account is not used for a period of greater than 12 months, it will be deleted alongside your personal data and you will need to re-sign up should you require access.
